Mr. Loo Hin Ming, Director of A-Chow, had foreseen the development of Bored Piling in Hong Kong. He noticed that the traditional piling method was no longer popular and the conscious of low noise and low v ion would be the key elements in piling works. Therefore, he actively enlarged the factory, increased the amount of advanced machinery, employed more workers and added production lines to fabricate the Bored Piling products
